High Tech Turning has produced hundreds of types of medical device components. Many component parts were machined for start up companies in the development phase of their production. Some of these parts are now produced in the quantities of thousands per week.

Parts produced range from titanium bone screws produced by thread whirling on CNC Swiss machines to complex micro components used in minimally invasive heart surgery. Materials utilized include titanium, nickel, stainless steel and a variety of special medical grades of plastics.
