High Tech Turning Company Capabilities

High Tech Turning Company produces precision machined components in production quantities for medical and other mechanical devices. Founded in 1985, High Tech Turning uses fourteen of the latest in sophisticated multi-axis CNC Swiss machines.

The milling side of High Tech Turning utilizes nine vertical machining centers all equipped with a fourth rotary axis. This four axis milling capability enables the company to mill complex machining configurations in one operation. Four precision CNC lathes handle bar work up to 1 ½" and chuck work up to 6"

It is the experienced and talented machinists, programmers and engineers that operate all this advanced technology that is the key to the strong partnerships with our customers. Although we have a large group of demanding customers we find that well over 90% of business is from our existing customers. Our relationship with most of our customers dates back over 10 years. As in all high tech industries the component parts are constantly changing but the supplier relationship goes on.

Productivity is at the highest levels as computerized systems are utilized in all aspects of the business.
