Our Process

From the initial quote to the final packaging of finished parts, our team considers every detail at every step of production. Our manufacturing process is driven by exacting standards and best practices that have been carefully refined over four decades.

All of our employees work off of documented customer requirements so that the final product is delivered to your exact specifications. Our internal systems control, monitor, and document every day’s production so that you can be confident that the quality of your parts is consistent.

HTT provides certifications of all manufacturing output, including material certifications, plating certifications, and our own certificates of conformity for every shipment.

FAQs

Can you handle tight turnarounds for urgent parts?

If you have a tight timeline, please let our project manager know about it and we’ll do our best to deliver your parts as quickly as possible. We’ll stay in close communication and keep you in the loop on our progress. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations and work hard to anticipate their needs. Our stocking program allows us to arrange regular deliveries to keep customers on track and quickly ship urgent parts should the need arise.

How do you manage repeatability for high-precision parts?

High-precision is our bread and butter. We use the highest quality materials available for your parts and train our operators to monitor key characteristics to ensure accuracy and repeatability. Their work is double-checked by a team of inspectors who provide real-time feedback for continuous process improvement. In addition, we have several systems in place to keep our manufacturing and inspection equipment operating in peak condition, such as planned tool change intervals, regular equipment maintenance, and an ISO-certified calibration program.

What is your typical lead time for prototypes and production runs?

We’re typically able to meet or exceed the industry standard – for a more specific custom timeline tailored to your needs, request a quote.
