We are here to make your job easy. Complex parts that require outsourced operations by multiple vendors are no problem for High Tech Turning. We handle everything for you, from scheduling and handling custom raw materials to managing post-processing vendor operations. Just sit back, relax, and we’ll deliver the finished parts to you.
HTT can also provide a kanban (just-in-time) stocking program. This allows you to place large orders up to a year in advance that can be delivered as needed, in line with your production needs. You get the best high-volume pricing without having to pay for all the parts at once. We can make deliveries on a predetermined schedule or hold the finished parts on the shelf until you release them. In addition, we only invoice you after the parts have shipped, no matter when we made them.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact or project manager?
Yes, large projects are assigned a dedicated project manager. For smaller orders, we have a committed team of professionals to help you throughout the process.
How do you handle design changes or revisions?
Our production process has a built-in document control system that ensures we’re always working with the correct version of a part drawing.
What kind of design support or DFM (Design for Manufacturability) services do you offer?
While HTT doesn’t do design, we thoroughly review every job and are happy to provide guidance on how best to optimize your part for our production process.
How do you protect customer IP and proprietary designs?
We take the safeguarding of your IP and proprietary designs extremely seriously. HTT has processes in place to securely handle and store customer IP. Your digital documents are safely stored on our secured network. Once your job is complete, we shred and securely dispose of all physical copies. We are also willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if necessary.
Where will my parts be stored?
Our stocking program utilizes a temperature controlled environment with secure access. In order to guarantee traceability, we maintain manufacturing documentation with the parts until time of shipment.
