OVERVIEW
The quality of our equipment and the skill of our machinists combine to produce parts with fine finishes that are dimensionally controlled to reliably stay in tolerance. We have stereo microscopes at every work station and specialized equipment to measure surface finish to ensure we’ll meet your requirements.
Post-production, we treat your components like jewels. Everyone who touches a part at High Tech Turning understands how important handling is in maintaining part quality. Parts are always packaged and shipped to eliminate damage to their fine finish. If additional finishing is needed, we work with select certified vendors that can reliably meet your exacting requirements for centerless grinding, anodizing, heat-treating, electropolishing, and other services.

What surface finish can you reliably hold?
Depending on the part geometry, we can hold as good as a 4 microinch finish, or 4 µin Ra. Maintaining fine finishes at close tolerances is one of our strengths, so we don’t back down from a challenge!
Do you offer cleaning or sterilization for medical-grade parts?
All of your parts will be delivered clean, dry, and free of contaminants. They also can be individually bagged if your application requires that additional layer of protection. HTT does not provide medical-grade sterilization.
Can you perform post-machining operations like thread rolling or laser marking?
Yes! We work with trusted vendors to provide these services. We can also provide serialization of parts if needed.
